Refractories
Refractories have a crucial impact on the cost and quality of steel products. The diversification of steel products and their purity requirements in recent years have increased the demand for high quality refractories. Steel-making requires high temperatures of 1600℃. In addition, steel-making involves chemically reactive high temper phases like molten steel, slag and hot gases, which necessitates the use of refractories. Since the cost of refractory adds into the cost of the product, high quality refractory at a cheaper cost is the main requirement.
Ferro Alloys
Ferro Alloys are being used for making alloy steel, stainless steel & other special steels. It is being mixed with scraps for making different grades of steel.
ALL BEST METAL AND MINERAL product line include range of Ferro Alloys and metals processed / sourced as per clients specific requirement of chemistry, size and packing.

Ferro Chrome
Ferrochrome is one of the main types of ferroalloy, mainly used as alloy additivesin steel making. Among them, stainless steel and special steel are the main consumption sources of ferrochrome. Ferrochrome is classified into high-carbon ferrochrome, medium-carbon ferrochrome, low-carbon ferrochrome, and micro-carbon ferrochrome according to different carbon content.
Ferro Silicon
Ferro silicon alloy is mainly used as charging materials in smelting industries such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals. As a deoxidizer in crude steel smelting in the iron and steel industry, ferro silicon is an essential metallurgical raw material. Item its a lot of heat when SiO2 isgenerated, it is beneficial to increase the temperature of molten steel while deoxidizing. As an alloying element additive, ferro silicon is widely used in low-alloy structural steel, alloy steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat-resistant steel and electrical silicon steel.
Silicon Manganese
Silicon Manganese alloy is made of manganese, silicon, iron alloy, and a small amount of carbon and other elements. Silicon manganese alloy which has wide application and large output, is commonly used as compound deoxidizer. It is alsothe main material in the production of manganese metal with low carbon ferro manganese and silicon hot method.
Ferro Silicon Calcium
Ferro Silicon calcium alloy is a composite alloy composed of silicon, calcium and iron. It is commonly usedas deoxidizer and desulfurizer in steel smelting.
Ferro Manganese
Ferro manganese is made by smelting manganese ore in a blast furnace or electric furnace. It is a commonly used deoxidizer in steel industry, and manganese can also desulfurize and reduce the harmful effects of sulfur. Therefore, almost all kinds of steel and cast iron contain a certain amount of manganese. As an important alloying agent, ferro manganese is also widely used in alloy steels such as structural steel, tool steel, stainless heat-resistant steel and wear-resistant steel.
Ferrous Sulfide
Ferrous sulfide is mainly used in casting industry. Adding a certain amount of sulfur to gray cast iron can improve the cutting performance, the inoculation effect and the morphology of graphite. Sulfur can shorten the length, blunt the end and bend the morphology of graphite, so adding sulfur can also improve the mechanical properties of gray cast iron. The sulfur element can be effectively controlled within the range of 0.08%-0.12%.
Ferro Phosphorus
Ferro phosphorus is faveolate symbiotic compound containing 20-26% phosphorus and 0.1-6% silicon. It is used as an alloying agent in the steelmaking industry, as an alloy additive and deoxidizer in metallurgy.
Silicon Carbide
As a steelmaking deoxidizer, silicon carbide can stabilize the quality of molten steel, and has the effect of refining grains and removing harmful impurities in molten steel. After use, the molten steelhas ahigh casting temperature, good casting quality , and low cost.
