Fluorspar
Fluorite, scientifically known as calcium fluoride (CaF2), is a versatile mineral renowned for its extensive range of applications across various industries. Its unique properties make it a valuable asset in industrial, chemical, and ceramic sectors, showcasing its adaptability and significance.
Silica
Silica (also named Quartz gravel), plays an important role in the production of hot metal (liquid iron) and liquid steel in the blast furnace process. It alsoused as protective coating in the steel gutters and in the blast furnace process. Silica content of slag during production of hot metal is in the range of 29 % to 38 % while it is in the range of 12 % to 19 % in the steel-making slag.
Slag Conditioner
The Slag conditioner offered by us helps in adjusting Slag composition in a way that it interacts in a balanced way with steel, thus helping in maintaining proper equilibrium. It is highly appreciated for having ability to remove impurities, prevent heat loss by serving as insulating layer, and enhance ingot’s surface quality. This fluxing chemical is required during steel processing and is known to deliver defect-free surface finish.
